As an international student, you can complete an exchange semester at the Fliedner Fachhochschule. Achievements will be recognized through the ECT-System.

European Credit Transfer System

The academic credit system of Fliedner Fachhochschule is oriented towards the requirements of the ECT-System in every course of study. In all full-time courses, an average of 30 credits can be earned per semester; part-time courses will add up to 25 credits per semester. Through learning agreements between cooperating universities and students within the framework of Erasmus+, credits gained abroad can be systematically accredited. Please find the ECTS and corresponding workload of your courses in the overview of modules of each study programme.

The Fliedner Fachhochschule is in the process of developing a bilingual course catalogue. In the meantime, students can find information about the study programmes giving an overview of programmes which are open to exchange students only in German.

German language courses

While studying at the Fliedner Fachhochschule you can further improve your German skills. The Fliedner Fachhochschule cooperates with the Sprachforum Heinrich Heine Düsseldorf, which specialises in German courses (German as a foreign language).

Usually the language level C1 is mandatory to successfully follow a case of study.
